In today's rapid economic development process, the traditional center for the production of the commercial activities gradually changes into the consumer services for the commercial activities. Entering the 21st century, the buyer's market has gradually replaced the seller's market, most of the commodities appear oversupplied and the market competition is intense. In such a situation, local business organizations, such as shopping malls, shopping centers and all kinds of external shopping centers, regard the capability of surviving and development and the enhance of business competitiveness as businesses work for a common goal.In this paper, we select the typical 5 cases from Wuhan city and investigate the service of the front space of the large-scale commercial construction, including the location and outer space, landscape facilities, behavior activity and use management. Several cases will be carried out comparative analysis, which summed up the landscape environment of the front space of commercial building and business competitiveness is closely related. Thus, further analyzes the influence commercial competitive power the landscape factor: the location, transportation system, space systems, landscape facility, consumer behavior and use management and so on. Finally, take the above analysis to the aspects of design, estimate the front space of commercial building and carry on the summary suggestion.This paper is always round the theme of enhancing business competitiveness. The purpose of this paper is creating attractive and easy interaction space from molding the good front space of commercial building, and increasing the potential increase of sales business to improve business competitiveness.
