Study On Landscape Design Methods For Shared Space Of Large Commercial Center In City Dalian

With the rapid development in economy and technology, people set up new goals inlife and environmental quality to meet their requirements. As the soul of the commercialbuildings and meanwhile connected tightly with the trend of times, the research of sharedspace has become an important part in modern commercial building interior environmentdesign.In this dissertation, on the premise of the development of modern CommercialBuilding Shared Space (CBSS) system, we mainly focus on how to build an interactiveconnection from landscape design to the buildings and urban space. The basic function ofCBSS is evacuation, and meanwhile a well-design interior landscape space could alsoattract people. In China, the study on CBSS does not exist too long. But nowadays, peoplepay more attention on this area and particularly highlight the landscape space design. Byanalyzing the types, characteristics, environmental features and landscape design methodsof CBSS, a lot of work has been done and used as the basic theory of subsequent thesis.After analyzing and comparing Qingniwa Dalian and Xi’an Road commercial districtsinstances of shared space design，we find a balance among human, architectural landscape,natural landscape and city space, which would help us to improve the utilization of theenvironment, urban culture, human feelings and degree of integration of indoor andoutdoor landscape, thereby improve the quality of life as well.First of all, the work starts from analyzing the types of commercial space locallyand abroad. By using some tables and charts, we illustrate the basic types of shared spaceswhich are suitable for commercial buildings.Second, through the analysis of architectural space relevant theory and actual cases inDalian, we summarize the most adaptable types of shared space in different scenariosrespectively.Last but not least, we find out Dalian common CBSS design methods in the givenexamples and present all drawbacks in different cases, and finally summarize the principleand solution to improve new design.
