A Study Of Protection And Update Of Villages Spatial Structure In The New Rural Construction

With the rapid development of urbanization and modernization, villages, as a container and carrier of country society,economy and cultural activities, has inevitably entered an unprecedented impact. As a result of the transformation from quantitative change to qualitative change, the old structure system of villages gradually began to disintegrate. The initiation of a serious of contradictory questions have become the important barrier to its sustainable development. The most noteworthy of these questions is a variation of spatial structure,because whether the village spatial structure benignity evolution relates to the systems of the society, culture, economy, ecology and so on sustainable development.First of all, summarized the material elements which constitute the village spatial structure(natural elements,artificial elements and functional elements) and non-material elements (traditional concepts). Summarized several layout models of the village spatial structure (Streets and alleys type,Disperses type,Pictorial type……) And summarized the characteristic of village spatial structure system, like the long history, the harmonious of the village and the nature, the prominent characteristic Geopolitical and the blood relationship, the spatial matter shape are preserved completely, can reflect the life authentically and so on.Next, summarized three evolutionary processes of the village spatial structure: The natural evolution,suddenly variation evolution and the ideal evolution; Analyzed the economic,social and environmental factors which affected the evolution of village spatial structure from internal and external of village systems;And summarized the questions which the village spatial structure faces in the current new rural reconstruction, like the traditional and the modern combination, the spatial elements are too much, cultural declining with vanishes and so on.Finally, demonstrated the "protection" and "update" the dialectical relationship , grasped the profound meaning of the "protection" and "update". That is : "updating" stress on the times and function, "protecting" stressed on the sustainable development of historical,cultural and ecological systems .Then formulated the protection and regeneration principles of the village spatial structure, And gave an example-- Changlinggang Village of Caijiazha in Huangpi District of Wuhan ,which is one of the typical studies about this subject. Applied the theory of System did a pilot plan study on the protection and regeneration of the village spatial structure system. Trying to explore the appropriate way about actively protect and update of the villages in the reconstruction of new rural.
