Study On The Spatial Layout Of The Eco-village In Tianjin

The rapid urbanization, rural economic development and the progress of agricultural science and technology has had a huge impact on rural spatial distribution in China.Mechanization, mass production and trend of ecological agricultural production mode and diversification of agricultural industrial structure transformation are limited to the existing rural spatial layout. How to adapt the new situation of the rural spatial layout has become an important and urgent task.The rise of western eco-village movement in the 70s~80s of the 20 th century and the sustainable of the 21 st century, provides a direction for the rural spatial layout. This paper takes eco-village as the research object. The author analysis problems of spatial layout in Tianjin eco-village from the constituent elements, impact factor and mechanism,and put forward a systemic solution, in order to provide a reference for the construction in Tianjin eco-village.The full text is divided into six chapters, the main content is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction, explains the background of the study, scope,methods and significance, related literature, puts forward the creative point of this article,and defines the concept of eco-village spatial layout.The second chapter is the research of the related theory and policy, grooms the theories and policy of eco-village spatial layout, analyzes the influence of spatial layout.The third chapter constitutes a mechanism for eco-village layout, puts forward the eco-village spatial layout of the constituent elements and influence factors, through the analysis of typical eco-village spatial layout, summarizes the influence mechanism of factor on the eco-village spatial layout.The fourth chapter is to find the issue of the spatial layout in Tianjin eco-village,researches the basic situation of Tianjin eco-village, sums up the types of Tianjin eco-village spatial layout, and then studies on the spatial layout of the typical eco-village from the constituent elements and influencing factors, find the common problems.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures of Tianjin eco-village layout, puts forward the planning and design solutions of eco- village spatial layout from four aspects, such as the guiding concept, principles, goals and countermeasures.The six chapter is the conclusion and prospect, summarizes the results and the direction in the future research.
