Design Of Coach Vacuum Toilet Electrocircuit And Standard Study On The Components

According to a sample vacuum toilet installed on the YUTONG(6120HWC) coach, paper explain the principle, system flow, working mode, working process and tech parameters of the vacuum toilet, and it discusses vacuum toilet installation framework and method, defines the best installation method, and illuminates it with illustrations.The design of vacuum toilet electrocircuit control basic on the using mode, after analyzing two methods: setting up vacuum after door closed and setting up vacuum after the user leave, paper decides the first one as the control blue print and designs the electrocircuit. According to the experienced design method, design the electric principle drawings etc. As the lab two vacuum toilets samples, design the relay-contactor control system and programmable logic control system, deciding two system's electric elements, electric control box's installation method and accomplish test and debugging.Electrocircuit control system standard according as the"electro technician and electronics international standard","Graphical symbols for electrical diagrams" etc, the study result attached in the addendum2,3 as forms. This result basic on electrocircuit control system design and laboratorial data, it is the optimized result and it defines the vacuum toilet technologic demand, electric principle design criterion, electric elements selecting standard, PLC model and parameters. Besides, according to the laboratorial data, the paper defines some standard parameters about the PLC program. Electrocircuit control system standard is basiced on the design and test, it is for the vacuum toilet electrocircuit control system finalizes the design and producing in the future.It is also study the infrared switch about the electrocircuit control system. According to the sample systems experimentation, it analyzes infrared switch using method, installation ways and types. It defines the consulting standard about the infrared switch in this paper as the progress direction of vacuum toilet.
