With the knowledge of combustion and heat transfer theory, this paper gave a relatively detailed analysis on the chamber of a combustion and thermal characters of fan instantaneous gas water heater, then analysis the allocation of combust production NO.At first, the history of the development was introduced in the paper. The forecast of the development of the instantaneous gas water heater was also made in the paper. Then the basic work of the analysis on the combustion and the heat transfer. The two key factors, rubustion of combustion and the intension of heat, were deeply study in the paper.With these preparing work above, the physical model was created. The size of the model and the boundary conditions were also confirmed. The professional software, FLUENT, was used to analysis. With the result of the FLUENT, the temperature field and the flame were analysised. The forecast of the NO was made. The paper made a deep study on two points. The first one was the defference of the temperature and the other was the influence of the turbulence made by the difference velocity of the fuel gas and the air. The analysis showed that the first air coefficient is a very important quality. It affects the high temperature and the temperature field. It also affects the production of the NO. Besides the second air coefficient, the ratio of the two velocitys, which the one is the velocity of the gas and the other is the velocity of the air, is the other important quality of the chamber of the water heater. It affects the high of the flame, the temperature field and the production of NO. The author suggests changing the parrell flow into mixture flow to intensify the turbulence.The reported of the production NO was made by using the FLUENT. The analysis of the allocation of the NO was made by combining the temperature field. The author also gives the suggestion to reduce the NO.
