The mass concrete is widely used in hydraulic and water-power engineering, and it occupies important position in modern architecture, such as the mass concrete platform on piles, the basement wall, underground pipeline tunnel and so on. The mass concrete generally has the following properties: small resistance to deformation, large bulk, large tension stress generated by concrete hydration heat, no rebar used in it generally, tension stress bear by concrete. The mass concrete has low the tensile strength, which leads to generate micro crack easily. If the crack becomes oversize, the construct of the mass concrete will be unsteady and the functions of the mass concrete will be affected. As a result, it is very necessary to investigate the early temperature stress field.This background of this paper comes from the study of U land abutments in"the countermeasures of the whole life security of dredging port road engineering concrete structure in Shenzhen Gang western port". According to the indoor thermal field experimental data of the concrete, we obtain the surface coefficient of heat transfer of the wooden form using the back analysis method, and compares the temperature pattern data before and after optimizing. Using the surface coefficient of heat transfer of the wooden form obtained by the back analysis, we simulate the thermal field and the temperature stress field of the land abutment. Comparing the simulative and actual fields, we estimate the rationales of the data and the tensile strength of the concrete material, and then we carry the fracture analysis.According to the ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL) obtained in the analysis of the thermal field and the temperature stress fields of the concrete and the second development function of ANSYS, this paper develops the temperature-crack- control program that realizes the menu, simplification and process managements in the temperature-crack-control, and makes the temperature-crack-control for the users.
