As a renewable green energy, wind energy source has achieved the fastest growth in the renewable energy because of its enormous commercial potential and environmental potential. Wind generation technology also attracts great attention around the world.Based on the research of the digital control technology, high-power wind generation converter control technology and modulation technology, this paper introduces the design of the digital control system using two DSP and one FPGA. The FPGA is used to implement the carrier phase shift.Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the digital control technology and PLD development.Secondly, this paper discusses the wind generation technology and analyzes the principle of wind generation converter control. This paper also studies SPWM modulation technology and carrier phase shift modulation technology.Thirdly, this paper talks about the design of hardware circuit and the high-speed PCB.Because DSP can not provide sufficient PWM channels, the next part is about how to use FPGA to implement the expansion of PWM channels and the carrier phase shift control about multi-module parallel inverter.FPGA programming, simulation and experimental validation are completed in the digital control system finally.
