At present, there are two puzzles for human beings, one is the scarity of energy sources, the other is the environment polution. lt is extremely important to economize energy sources before the new energy resources are developed. So development of the high voltage converter has important significance for lower energy consumption. Cells cascade multilevel converters has the incomparable advantage for the characteristics of low harmonic current, high power factor and better output waveform.This paper studied the high voltage frequency conversion control strategy and implementation technology,the key reseach is cells cascade multilevel converters.This paper introduced the development situation,the basic types and the application in industrial area of the technology of the high voltage frequency converter. Introduced cells cascade multilevel converters.Researched the control algorithm of PWM, including basic concept and Classification Method of the PWM technology. Emphasis on the technology of modulating wave transform. Analysis on the Control Algorithm of multilevel PWM,including carrier modulation PWM and space vector modulation PWM. Revealed the essential relation between the two control algorithm.The latter design of the converter system has used the carrier modulation PWM control algorithm.This paper researched the control strategy of ratio of voltage to frequency control, speed sensor-less vector control. The ratio of voltage to frequency control is scalar control technology basic on ac motor steady state mathematical model,speed sensor-less vector control is vector control technology based on ac motor dynamic state mathematical model.Comparative studied the control strategy above.Based on the above theoretical analysis,designed the main circuit and the control circuit of the cells cascade multilevel converter.Inverter main circuit based on the IPM,the contol system based on DSP and FPGA,the design of the hard and soft is given.At last, experimental verification has done to the cells cascade multilevel converter system,the experiment result proved that the design of the main circuit and control system was correct.Researched the high voltage converter technology of the"fly a car start"and the"star order a drift",analysis the theory and implementation technology. Discussed the application of the high voltage converter in the area of variable frequency speed regulation,energy saving analysis has been given.
