In this thesis, three-level DC/DC converter topologies used in middle power level were reviewed and analyzed. Based on the theoretical analysis, several three-level DC/DC converter topologies with attractive characters were chosen as candidate topologies for the standardized topologies.Then 4 representative three-level DC/DC converter topologies with different soft-switching techniques were chosen from the candidate topologies for standardized topologies. The design consideration, prototype execution and experimental results were presented. Based on the experimental results, 4 three-level DC/DC converter topologies were examined.Further research work is also discussed.
