In this paper, using the new technology and related improved information transmission rules to transmit the information of remote locomotive in time, provided technical and theoretical support for the fault diagnosis and potential risks to predict remote locomotive.First, based on comparison and analysis all kinds of the wireless data transmission, set up a GPRS wireless data transmission as system overall programme based on automotive unit and the ground control center, and performed the related hardware design and debugging. At the same time, to meet the analysis of failure information, designed and implemented to internet-based hierarchical network sharing.Second, in this paper, in-depth analysis and assessment of the impact of a variety of factors information transmission,improved information transmission priority rules in the principle of risk reduction and the increase, raised the transmission efficiency, and reduced the risk of failure caused by the delay in the transmission of information,for detection in time,being of great positive significance on safety.Remote Information Transmission and Analysis System of Locomotive through experiment and certification in Qinghai-Tibet line and Beijing Dongfeng 27 Rolling Stock Plant, test operation of basic stability, preliminary met the need of engineering.
