With the development of railway information,the status of railway communication is increasingly important.High-speed railway desires more for the operation and control system,and the ground system must get all kinds of data from the running train timely and exactly,to realize real-time monitoring and remote fault diagnosis.For the CRH2 MU(Multiple Units),the traditional way to collect data is by card.The running state and failure information can't be sent to the server,until the train entered the maintenance base.Obviously,the drawback is non-real-time for the data transmission and handling,and it's necessary to improve the traditional way,to build up a real-time,reliable,and efficient communication system,which is valuable for practical application and meaningful for reference in construction of modern high-speed railway.For the real-time and reliability of data transmission in high-speed railway,the paper focuses on the structure of the locomotive-ground communication system, platform and reliability mechanism.First,the paper analyzed the wireless communication technology in current railway, and propesed a structure of locomotive-ground data transmission system based on GPRS.On the basis of the communication structure,to meet the needs of specificity and stability,the platform is built up,to secure real-time and reliability of the running state and failure information.Because of the high speed environment,the transmission would be strongly interfered.For the purpose of performance improving and efficient reliability guarantee, an algorithm based on the structure with three aspects of equipment on locomotive, communication link and front receiver is proposed.For each stage and unpredictable problems in communication,the algorithm realized the structure in the process of locomotive and ground respectively,and the communication mechanism is also optimized and improved.Now the initial development and testing has been completed and it works well.In addition,in consideration of the security,we can extend the techniques of the system.
