Train integrality monitoring system becomes more and more important, because of the rapid development of railway transportation. The study of this problem is significant both theoretically and practically, especially during the day when train acceleration is in the implementation.This paper firstly present a number of train integrality monitoring systems. Then requirement analysis is presented. The embedded system is chosen, because of the requirement analysis. Data of acceleration sensor is most important in this system, which is interfered. This paper makes it an object and researches on the model building and simulation.Wavelet filtering has predominance over the traditional filtering methods. Wavelet analysis is a time domain-frequency domain analyses, it is feasible to be used in this system's filtering. A modulus maximum de-noising filtering is given. The wavelet threshold de-noising filter algorithm is described. This paper improved on the algorithm. This paper researches on the model building and simulation of these filter algorithm, and compares the results of these filter algorithm. This filter has a good effect. This study presents a detailed developing process of all parts, pivotal technique, difficulties and resolves.
