Individual Service System For Health Checkup Based On .Net

An important orientation towards the development of medicine is the Fourth Medicine (Healthcare Medicine) , the core of which is health care. The current development of Health Management System has correspondingly changed from focusing on management to health service. In this background, it's very important to develop a Health Management System based on individual healthcare service, which is oriented to individuals, families, enterprises, and accelerates the effective communication between health center and members. This thesis is focused on the design and realization of this system.Having lucubrated on the course and relevant technology of the development of application system based on .NET thoroughly, according to the function demand of the individual service system and business procedure analysis in the real project, using technologies such as ASP.NET, database, network communication, distributed development technology and etc., the solution of individual service system is designed. This thesis establishes a systematic N-Tier distributed systems structure based on .NET framework and divides systematic business logic into five independent layers such as web layer, business appearance layer, business rule layer, data entity layer and data visiting layer. It realizes network communication and data transmission among systems by means of Web Service. It also solves especially the key problem such as users' management, the workflow of individual service, the design and realization of DailyCare-ECG subsystem, the paging function of Web data based on Store Procedure and system security design.Segment modules of the individual service flow realizes the functions such as system users' management, services setting, services distribution, filling out health questionnaires, inputting health records and viewing health records. DailyCare-ECG subsystem realizes the function of integrating health records from clients into the individual service system. Members' client module realizes the functions of managing personal ECG records, drawing ECG, uploading records and so on. Doctors' client module realized the functions of managing members' ECG records, emergency treatment, interactive on-line marking, etc.At present, the functions of individual service system for health checkup have been implemented in a working environment. System operating indicates that the design of the overall scheme of the system is rational and the measure of solving the problems is feasible.
