Community health service, as a breakthrough of health and medical system reformation in China, has been launched effectively. This policy could solve the relative problems, i.e. high cost of medical care. This thesis is based on research of community health service installations of the winter cities in the northeast region of China, with the aim of sensibly arranging their scale, spatial composition, streamline organization of community health service installations, etc.The thesis will illustrate the concept of community health service and the community health service installations with analysis of domestic and foreign theories first. Secondly, it will introduce the current status of the community health service installations in the northeast region of China, and give an inductive analysis of the difficulties occurring. Thirdly, based on these researches, it will introduce the deeper content of this subject, i.e. principles. Then it will elaborate the methodology and patterns step by step, in order to form the technological procedures. Lastly, to be aimed at solve the problems arised in the cold region,it will make the prospectus of the community health service installations in the northeast region of China, scientifically and rationally.Because of the rapid development of medical market, the functions of hospital buildings are not variable. Thus the focus of the thesis is not on the result of special planning. The key point of this thesis is to build a researching methodology and structure of the community health service installations in the northeast region of China. On the other hand, to give references to future researches.
