Research And Development Of Production Process Management System For Baoxiniao Apparel Enterprise Based On RFID

This paper is based on the project of the supply chain management for the apparel enterprises on the basis of RFID. After serious research, analyze and develop, we proposed the production process management on the basis of RFID technology. Combined with the status of the enterprise, we work out the solutions to the work-in-process management and production scheduling management, and finally put them in to practice. These are all studied in this dissertation.Chapter One discusses the current state of the apparel management and RFID technology, proposes that it's necessary to use the RFID in production management for apparel enterprises. This article summarizes the present research in domestic and abroad about the production process management and RFID technology, then analyzes some key points. Finally, it give us the background of the whole paper and the main contents.Chapter Two analyzes the present state of the production process management in apparel enterprises of Baoxiniao, and summarizes its requirements. Then, it gives out the whole solutions for the whole system.Chapter Three It gives out the whole function structure for the production process management, includes the basic modules in particular and some data process technology. Finally, it gives the design of base data for the work-in-process management and production scheduling management.Chapter Four puts forward the functioning frames of WIP, introduces some solutions for work-in-process management on the basis of RFID, and give out the realization process.Chapter Five brings forward the functioning frame for the system, summarizes some proposals for the production scheduling management on the basis of RFID, explains some realization procedures in particular.Chapter Six gives out the running examples of the system.Chapter Seven summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the prospects of the future research.
