Research On Optimizing Tactic Of Production Process About A Company Based On Lean Production

A company is engaged in the design,manufacturing & maintenance of printing equipment,relying on the resource advantages of China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation.A is committed to creating special printing equipment with global brand influence,promoting the core competitiveness of head office in the printing equipment industry.In order to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition environment,with the social progress and economic development,the production process of A Company needs to be optimized urgently.Firstly,this paper analyses the production process of A company,and finds out the key links that restrict the efficiency in the production process by using the method of key success factors and the theory of constraints.Secondly,this paper finds out the reasons for the low efficiency of production process due to causal analysis,that there are too many non-value-added links in the production planning process by using cost analysis method,and that there are some problems in the quality management process,such as unclear responsibility,long waiting time and low efficiency by using the time benefit method.On this basis,this paper optimizes the production process of A Company.On the one hand,this paper can improve efficiency and reduce the cost of A company.On the other hand,it may be benefit for similar enterprises which need to optimize the production process.
