| This thesis deeply studies a kind of three-phase EPS system and lain a solid foundation for the product of high-function emergency power supply. And it is applied to the cooling system of the burners on the water coal tar gasifire with pressure. The site performance is safe and reliable.This paper fully introduces the development status and trend of the emergency power supply. Through comparing the diesel generator groups, UPS and EPS, the writer concludes the importance of the new three-phrase EPS in the water coal tar gasifire with pressure. The main circuit of this three-phase EPS system consists of two-way DC/DC converter and two-way PWM, whose cost is less than the traditional EPS. Its whole digital control has realized the requirements of environmental protection, intelligence and low cost. This thesis analyzes the structures of the main circuit of the three-phase emergency power supply, as well as the circuit structure and principles of the two-way DC/DC converter and two-way PWM converter, which are the important components. This paper respectively analyzes the common controlling principles of both two-way DC/DC circuit and two-way PWM circuit. It also analyzes the characteristics of current single-loop control, voltage and current double-loop control, as well as SPWM control. Then the process of rectifying, inverting, boosting and lowering voltage can be realized.On this basis, programmable controller can meet the process requirements of the control system in the water coal tar gasifire with pressure. And the quick, safe and reliable shift between the normal working conditions and the fault conditions of the network. Then by touching screen, people can realize the online surveillance to sites and simplify the operation.On the hardware side, the paper introduces the IGBT driving circuit, IPM interface circuit and the protection circuit of IGBT and IPM; on the software side, the paper simply introduces the distribution of the DSP internal resources and the timing control of the DSP. In the end, the thesis introduces how to use TMS320LF2407A DSP chip to control the three-phase emergency power supply. The author also gives the diagram of the control program and the experimental waveforms in inverter working conditions; and summarizes the characteristics of the control system. On the basis of determining process, through programming the software of the PLC, control of the whole system can be realized. |
