Drive tech of fliud viscosity is an emerging academic discipline which is currently different with fluid drive and hydraulic drive in the basic concept and work principle. Baed on drive theory of fluid viscosity , fliud viscosity soft start-up equipment can be used to carry out slow speed and full load smooth actuation of band conveyer , which has been used in the large-scale band conveyer due to its predominant tech capacity in recent years. Due to a lot of cause, fluid viscosity soft start-up equipment has lots of shortage,espacialy in the mechanical structural partion.According to drive theory of fliud viscosity and in allusion to the shortage of strict oil leakage of host , high temp of firctional disc and short life-span in the fliud viscosity soft start-up equipment used in the mainland company of YanKuang group ,this paper particually analyses its mechanical structure and points out the main reason causing these shortages ,base on which a new style of fluid viscosity start-up structure is put forward ,and some improvements have been done, one is action element of controlling system and stutructure of controlling oil-line used to solve the problem of oil leakage ,the other is the connnecting style between active firctional disc and active axis and laying style of springs used to solve the problem of heat diffusion.Based on structural design, the paper analyses the same and different point of working mechanisim between fliud viscosity soft start-up equipment and fliud viscosity of timing clutch.According to the designing computational theory of timing clutch of fliud viscosity, the designing computational method of soft start-up equipment of fliud viscosity is completed. The feasibility of this new style of fliud viscosity soft start-up equipment has been validated through the experiment and produces some supervising value to practical production.
