Study On Evaluation Of Planning And Type Selection For Urban Interchange

In this paper, the planning of urban interchange and the role of urban interchange have been discussed, cross-city planar defects and urban interchange planning process also have been analyzed.The interchange of city road network is set to reduce the interference and influence on the high-speed traffic flow on the main line caused by other vehicles so as to ensure the rapid route conversion. The urban interchange is set up by considering road conditions, terrain features conditions, interchange spacing, economic benefit, the impact of the regional interchange and other factors. In this paper the various influencing factors and a general idea of urban interchange set based on the urban interchange principles set have been described.The type selection of interchange is an important work of the desk work with implications of its function, cost, landscape, social and economic benefit. This paper presents the urban interchange selection general idea, based on the urban interchange selection principles. Then the main factors of interchange selection are set forth profoundly, such as traffic conditions, natural conditions, social conditions and social environment landscape aesthetics.Then, the evaluation indices system for urban interchange program has been constructed on the basis of the full consideration about seven major controlling factors, such as transport function, interchange landscape, economy, and so on. The weights were ascertained with the method of Delphi. With fuzzy mathematical evaluation method, the comprehensive evaluation model for urban interchange program was put forward. And the evaluation system for urban interchange program was designed with the computer-assisted.In the end, an example was analyzed using the evaluation system.
