The structure with a steel truss transfer at a higher level is one kind of vertically irregular and complicated style so that its seismic mechanism is not specific. For a long span transfer story, although clear-edge,clear-channel capability, but structure and construction are complex. There are few actual structures and experiments. At present, the research on the structure are insufficient in academic circles and engineering, especially, research of the structure with a steel truss transfer are really few.This paper sets up two models: a structure with a steel truss transfer at a higher level and a structure with a SRC transfer at a higher level,which will be used for static nonlinear analysis and compared by the progaram sap2000,for showing the advantage of the structure with a steel truss transfer at a higher level.In addition, in order to study in transfer story framework system performance deeply, the framework of three-dimensional model is choosed for static nonlinear analysis .The weak layer location of the system, the sequence of hinges, structure bear base shear and peak displacement are analysed. The spectral ability assesses further seimic performance of structure clearly.
