The Technological And Economical Analysis Of Some Heating Metering Ways In Engineering

This article analyzes the current application of heat metering in China. The heat metering is more and more important and is used as the way of heating reconstruction by publicity and implemented forcedly. But during this time,it displays several problems, such as how to choose multitudinous heat metering ways,how to in accordance with the corresponding heating systems and how to match the heat cost apportion mode. Such problems need our analysis and study.This article is advanced highly,it is showed at the base of actual application. Through abundant survey in Urumchi and then get the statistic of current heating systems,it summarizes the heating systems in accordance with the heat metering. And then aiming at different heating systems,it adopts different heat metering ways. Through this,it aims at the synchronization with the heating system reconstruction and the enclosure configuration reconstruction and put forward the changing measures of the heat metering reconstruction in Urumchi.This article analyzes the economy of several heat metering ways by the point of engineering economy. It appraises their economical impacts with different economical impact index at all positions and arrangements in order to get all-around and believable conclusion. But only the economy is not enough,in the practice of heat metering,different people and architectures in different periods need different heat metering ways. It should consider several ingredients, such as the technological layer,to discriminate and contrast the heat metering ways.The heat metering one is forward the energy saving,and the other is to transfer the heat used from the welfare to the supply and requirement. It should give the users a clear concept but not bosh. It need the theoretical analysis .Because different heat metering ways have different heat cost apportion modes. How to make the user accept the heat cost apportion mode, it should compare the heat metering ways from the base,and this is great advancement for the heat metering. This article mainly compares the household corrected heat cost apportion and indoor temperature based apportion mode to get the different result of these two apportions.This article used the testing data as chief source. It compares several heat metering ways by economically,technologically and apportion result to make a well base for the material implement of heat metering.
