Study On Heat Metering Reformation Of The Existing Buildings In Daqing

In recent years,energy scarcity has become an inescapable topic with the large-scale use of global demand for oil,natural gas,coal and other non-renewable resources,thus in the heating system,the most important thing of the energy saving is how to use existing heat more rationally and achieve a high thermal comfort level.This paper analyses the present situation of heat metering current application and the heating of new standards in order to go on heat metering better.In other countries,researching for heat metering is considered from technology and equipment.Germany,Denmark,Poland,Finland,Sweden,France and other countries represent the advanced level in present world.In China,researching for heat metering in Tianjin uses more widely,and the recognition of the residents is relatively high.Although it is more researches on heat metering,these are using for still less areas.In addition to the technical level,the more important reason is due to the low heat cost apportion mode recognition for this phenomenon,and thus developed a more reasonable heat cost sharing is the real implementation of heat metering in order to achieve an effective way of energy saving.In this paper,drawing all kinds of measurement methods of unit area cost bases on the cost of different apartment layout area unit on the basis of comparison,and choosing the more suitable for heat metering method in Daqing area.Based on the practical application in Daqing,the transformation of heat metering of Daqing saertuqu Dongfeng Village four districts of existing buildings through a lot of research,summing up the different heating systems heat measurement methods,the transformation of heat metering heating system in the city of Daqing proposed corrective measures through experimental research and investigation.Using the engineering economics for the economic analysis of several heat metering ways of view,the economic evaluation method of different index analysis,comprehensive evaluation,many aspects of the different heat metering ways economic effect,to draw a comprehensive conclusion,at the same time for different groups,different period building,full consideration a variety of factors,targeted to take different values,from a technical level for screening and comparison.In this paper,the measured data is based on economic,technical,sharing results up of various measurement methods,and strive to make the problem clear and lay a good foundation for heat metering measures.
