With the advances of socio-economy and scientific technology and the development of modern construction, architectural design, such as in the shape, height, irregular column net and beamless roof, greatly requires more freedom and better performance, so high-intensity lightweight aggregate concrete has generated. High-strength lightweight aggregate concrete structures are characterized with light weight, high strength, good durability.This kind of structures is largely applied to marine structures, high-rise buildings ,large-span bridges and overpass projects in the city. A large number of domestic and foreign researchers do research and practice about this aspect, achieving fruitful results in theory and engineering practice.Although concrete structure has been used in the code of our country, the application of this concrete in China's western region is still at the initial stage because of some restrictions. In particular, there is almost no research about ceramisite concrete structure in Yunnan Province. In 2001 Yunnan Province House Office of Science and Technology cooperation projects, "the high-performance lightweight aggregate concrete application of technology projects ", greatly provides development space. In the application of such material the first is the research for makeup and property of ceramisite concrete structure. This study is practically meaning and its research results could be a good reference for the engineering. Because the difference between structure ceramisite concrete and ordinary concrete is aggregate, but lightweight aggregate has many different types with vastly different performance, even they are the same type, their natures are also different because of different origin. In addition, because the strength of lightweight aggregate considerably influences the strength of the concrete, the following analyses are adopted in order to ensure the stability of ceramisite concrete:1. The first is to understand the advantages and disadvantages of structural ceramisite concrete, taking merits of structural ceramisite concrete and avoiding shortcomings.2. The performance of ceramisite, mainly including its major grain type, particle size distribution, bulk density, compressive strength cones, water absorption, softening coefficient, is analyzed, then ceramisite grains meeting the requirements standard are selected, guaranteeing high-performance, high - Strength and energy-saving thermal insulation of ceramisite concrete.3. The influence of preparation of ceramisite concrete, fly ash and slag phosphorus compound additive on concrete properties of ceramisite concrete. Analyze strength shrinkage and creep of ceramisite concrete to ensure ceramisite concrete quality Stability.4. Practice and analyze ceramisite concrete durability in terms of impermeability and frost durability, indicating that variable performance index are satisfactory to the code.Understand structural ceramisite concrete characteristics and properties ing, in particular easy segregation for structural ceramisite concrete and easy float characteristics, illustrate how to take measures to guarantee the quality of construction.Educing conclusion after analysis.: Practice and analyze the structural ceramisite concrete in Yunnan province, successively apply this research in construction engineering to get some useful experiences. It will promote the development and use of structural ceramisite concrete in Yunnan province.
