This article was discussed the preparation process of the concrete, carried out a large number of experiments and researches about mix design,raw material selection and its performance testing.preparation technology,the physical and mechanical properties of ceramisite cellular concrete and the temperature development of heat of hydration in large volume concrete.(1) Put forward the preparation technology, optimizing the mixture ratio. Discussed the rationality of the preparation technology,the effects of ceramsite content, foam volume and the ratio of fly ash replacing cement are on the compressive strength, the influence of the thermal conductive performance and durability of ceramisite cellular concrete.The mix proportion was selected, water-cement ratio of0.28, foam and cement paste volume ratio1.5, the ceramsite content of30%, the ratio of fly ash replacing cement of30%.,by the experiment, the mix ratio of concrete dry bulk density is only620kg/m3,the28-d compressive strength is up to3.83Mpa, the strength of56d reached4.73Mpa (foam concrete grade A07is onlyl.2~2.0Mpa); water absorption is only29.2%, the softening coefficient of0.672is close to the ceramisite softening coefficient of0.77.A large number of small pore size spread in internal lightweight cellular concrete, the elastic modulus of concrete is relatively low to4.63X103Mpa.(2) This article discusses the factors (include ambient temperature, adding fly, silica fume and sand and so on) affecting the temperature development of heat hydration in massive concrete:the influence of environmental temperature on the hydration temperature rise is only at a distance of less than300mm in the surrounding environment influence, more than300mm influence is very small; the peak of fly postponed, delayed the content is greater, when the replacement of cement rate of30%, the delay of about10h, the peak is decreased by90C; the hydration speed adding silica fume, each side of concrete mixed with50kg silica fume, peak appeared7h earlier; sand can also reduce the rate of hydration, the peak time delay.(3) Thermal expansion and contraction in the concrete mixing water after24h exacerbate the impact of plastic shrinkage,thermal expansion of the process is more sensitive to temperature change; There is a linear correlation relationship shrinkage deformation and environmental temperature.
