Study And Reestablish Of ALSPA P320 I&C Control Network In The Hipdc Luohuang Power Plant

The unit of HIPDC Luohuang thermopower plant 2×360MW is import from GEC ALSTOM france in 1998 last century,it was completed in 1998。The ALSPA P320 DCS system was designed by CEGELEC company of france,the ALSPA P320 DCS system integration the last advanced I&C technology of mid-90 years last century,the ALSPA P320 DCS system is the main control system and the main monitor device of Luohuang powerplant. The ALSPA P320 DCS system has implemented data Acguistion System(DAS),Coordinated Control System(CCS),Sequence Control System(SCS),Furnace Safeguard Supervisory System(FSSS)and etc.In the year of 2000,our prople of Luohuang power plant has took over the two unit of 2×360MW of phase 2,by choice of commerce benefit and core technology protect,french people gave the ALSPA P320 I&C network to Luohuang powerplant with many bug. The ALSPA P320 I&C network is an offline network,although it has many problem,it only for I&C engineer and I&C specialist,it has nothing todo with commercially activity of power plant if we according to originally design strictly. But in the movement of control loop and require of technology alteration,the problem of ALSPA P320 I&C network uncovered gradually.In this paper,I haved studied and analysed ALSPA P320 I&C network of Luohuang powerplant carefully,I go through the ALSPA P320 I&C network and find out the problem,give a way to solve the problem and put it into applications on site. It successful application helpful for P320 I&C network maintenance,engineer workstation maintenance,database maintenance and exclusive check,database backup,controller parameter update online. By the study of ALSPA P320 I&C network,our I&C engineer in hand of P320 core technology and reestablish ALSPA P320 I&C network successfully,this study is the first time domestic which configured with ALSPA P320 DCS system.
