With the unceasing expansion of urban rail transit network,the city people's travel by subway is more and more frequent,and the requirement of safety,punctuality and comfortability of train operation is becoming higher and higher.As the "command control center" of urban rail transit train,the train network control system plays a vital role.But owing to the lack of design experience and operation test,the train network control system of Nanchang Metro Line 1 occurs some typical problems,such as module damage,complex ports,downtime of main engine,transmission obstruction and so on,in addition,the current vehicular communication network is difficult to meet the needs of train data transmission in the future.Firstly,this paper introduces the structure and function of train network control system and on-board communication network of Nanchang Metro Line 1,and makes a comparative analysis on the technical characteristics of MVB bus and Ethernet bus.Secondly,it deeply studies the typical defects of train network control system,consults similar engineering cases in the same field,uses technical means to analyze and verify,from the safe,reliable and convenient maintenance.Finally,considering the defect solution and the requirement of large data transmission in operation,an improved train network control system based on Industrial Ethernet and MVB bus and embedded wireless transmission system is proposed in order to meet the requirement of large bandwidth,high stability,standardization and high efficiency in future Metro operation.With the successive construction of the follow-up lines of Nanchang Metro,more and more trains will be put into use.In order to ensure that the design of the follow-up trains is more reasonable,maintenance is more convenient,stability is higher,and fault disposal is more timely,it is particularly necessary to study the train network control system of Nanchang Metro Line 1,which has been in operation for more than three years.It can be used for the design of subsequent purchasing trains.The system provides a good reference value,and has a more realistic and feasible popularization significance.
