Study On The Operating Index System And Calculation Method Of Railway Passenger Station

This paper focused on new operating index system of railway passenger station. Based on the analysis of the operating environment of railway passenger station and the current situation of the existing operating index system. Using system analysis and input-output system theories to build new operating index system that was seasoned with modern enterprise management orientation and asset operating system. At last, analyses the operating input and energy consumption of new Nanjing railway station. The main contents include as the follow:(1) Based on the analysis of the inside and outside operating environment of railway passenger station, summing up its operation and management developing trends.(2) With the analysis of the existing operating index system and the operating environment changes of railway passenger station, summing up the problems of the operating index system of the existing railway passenger station.(3) Researching the construction theory of the operating index system, proposing the construction principles from the point of science system and practicality and development. Introducing the construction method form the functional requirements analysis to system architecture decomposition that is based on the theory of system analysis and system integration.(4) Based on the systematic produced character and management character of railway station, building the new operating index system of railway passenger station which reflecting operating function and worked for railway enterprise and railway station. The new system includes six sub-systems: the size and use of asset sub-system, human resource and use of it, operating consumption, operating workload, passenger service quality, operating efficiency.(5) With the new operating index system of railway passenger station, expounding the meaning, function and calculation method of the key index.(6) Modularizing the new operation index system, building operating module system worked for railway enterprise and railway passenger station. Then concluding three index modules that worked for railway stationmaster, railway passenger plant and railway operating plant. (7) With Nanjing new railway station as the example, using the relative index of the new operating index system, analyzing the operating cost and energy consumption of Nanjing railway station, drawing some valuable conclusion.
