In recent years,railway,as the backbone of integrated transportation system,plays an increasingly important role in the development of national economy.Today's passenger travel needs have been safe,fast basic needs,towards a safe,fast,punctual,comfortable high-end requirements of the transformation.However,the station passenger volume changes with the time,in the non-holiday period and other periods the passenger flow is relatively smooth,but in the holidays,spring summer and other key periods,the station passenger volume increased significantly.Through the analysis,this paper first studies the characteristics and classification of domestic and foreign passenger transport,draws on the experience of successful cases,in order to achieve the goal of optimizing Transport organization plan,improving equipment capacity and improving operation efficiency,and puts forward a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the work of station passenger transport organization during the peak period and suggestions for further optimization.The passenger transport organization of high speed rail station affects the experience of passenger travel,and Guiyang North Station,as the main railway transportation hub in southwest China,has high requirements for its passenger transport and driving organization ability.This paper first introduces the basic situation of Guiyang North Station,analyzes the characteristics of peak passenger flow,and predicts the passenger flow at the peak of Guiyang North station.At the same time,by studying the composition of passenger flow,this paper introduces the current situation of transportation organization in daily period and peak period from the aspects of passenger organization scheme,channel and ticketing ability,equipment ability and so on.This paper analyzes and compares the daily period and peak period passenger flow of Guiyang North Station,calculates the passenger transport organization ability of each point of Guiyang North Station,clarifies the limiting factors of passenger transport capacity,selects 7 quantitative indexes,and determines the membership degree of the evaluation Index.Combined with the existing Passenger transport organization scheme of Guiyang North Station,the weight correction model is used to determine the weights,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the peak transport organization of Guiyang North station.Firstly,the weight method is determined,and then the correction model is established for the weight,and the most reasonable weights of each index are obtained.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to obtain the final weight value of the index,and by calculating the fuzzy matrix,the general evaluation matrix is constructed from the aspects of Safety Index,convenience Index and service Efficiency index,the system of peak transport organization is evaluated,the evaluation results are obtained and suggestions are put forward to optimize the transportation organization work in the peak period of Guiyang North station.Finally,combined with the problems existing in transportation organization,passenger flow line and so on,from the improvement of passenger flow peak investigation and prediction ability,play the role of regional shunt of the same city station,optimize the configuration of security verification equipment and passenger flow through the organization,expand the waiting Hall function and improve the quality of passenger travel,optimize the time limit of the reduction organization process Fast ForwardOptimize the allocation of ticketing equipment and strengthen emergency disposal,equipment reinforcement and other 7 aspects,Guiyang North Passenger Transport organization Program optimization.
