Study On Client Equipment Of Timing System

Timing system equipment are important in modern spaceflight test shooting range and normal weapon test shooting range, which send standard time signal and standard frequency signal to test equipments such as missiles, secondary planets and airships. Timing system is developed from the demand of missile and space experiment. With the progress of the science and technology i.e. modern navigation, electron, communication, electrical power, more and more projects and scientific fields need the timing system.In this paper it is presented the the design programme of'Timing System Client Equipment'based on the IRIG-B Time Code demodulation technology and PCI bus technology. Through the comprehensive and in-depth discussion of the principle and methods of IRIG-B Time Code digital demodulation technilogy, the hardware and software design of IRIG-B time code demodulation system is completed. Then, it's elaborated on PCI bus design based on the bridge chip PCI9052 in detail, and the rapid development mothod of the PCI bus driver using WinDriver software. Thus, the design task of'Timing System'is completed.
