The Fire Prevention Tactics Research Under The Urban Fire Prevention Plan System

Urban fire prevention system is a comprehensive urban prevention system, with the increasing development of urban economy, it has been gradually developed step by step, we all hope strengthen the urban public fire prevention construction and need enchance the fire prevention safeguard. This dissertation was based on urban fire prevention system, it was practical significant, and I raised some urban fire prevention tactics. It means measures under three parts and eight perspectives with rational urban fire prevention plan, secure urban architecture and perfect emergency administer system. On the process of study, I raised some fire prevention tactics of the urban fire prevention system under the intersect subjects, such as urban ecology, elec-engineering, history, psychology, system, cybernetics, hazard, crisis management science which combining with the basic national policy of sustainable development. I broke through over sigle-subject or sigle-disaster thinking ways and adopted the fire prevention tactics with multy-subject, multy-level and multy-perspective. And in the end of my dissertation, I put forward five tactics after I studied and planned the Jilin city fire prevention plan combining FIRE PREVENTION MASTER PLAN of JILIN CITY. They are fire prevention subordinate headquarters, urban safety island, urban huge fire walls, urban safe vessel and urban fire prevention eco-district with afforestation and so on. Urban fire prevention plays an important part in safeguarding the urban economic constructive achievements, bringing about the people live and work in peace and contentment, guaranteeing urban economics and society developing goal. This dissertation plays a constructive part in urban fire prevention plan, urban architecture fire prevention and urban emergency administer, thereby we could stride forward the ultimate target of urban safe.
