Firstly, this article aiming at the conditon and characteristic of Non-grouding network has carried on the therical analysis. From this it draws out normal operation status in arc suppression coil grouding neutral system ,as well as compensation principle of arc suppression coil when single-phase earth.Secondly, this paper has in detail enumerated the relative mature capacitance curreent examination method of network ,has carried on the principle analysis of the equation development to these examination methods, and has carried on the analysis to their precise degree and the feasibility. In above fundamental research, this topic successfully developed the auto arc suppression coil with switched capacitors which takes the single-chip as the core. This equipment is composed by signal generator, the controller and the combination control tank. The reactor increases two windings on the inductance core. On secondary windings has the different capacity of capacitors. The method using the"injecting variable frequency"to complete capacitive current is simple to compute, high precision moreover is suitable to arc suppression coil with switched capacitors; Using "following adjustment" can omit the on一load switch and the damping resistance box to simplify the equipment, reduce the cost and reduce the failure rate. Then author uses PSCAD/EMTDC to simulate all kinds of the conditions of the electric power system with neutral grounding through the arc suppression coil. The practicality experiment was done to validate the reliability of our set to quench grounding current. All of the results of these simulations demonstrate the function of this set.
