Mostly, the traditional AMT adopts the select and shift project, the selective machine finds corresponding shaft, then carries out the shifting. Based on the development of the AMT domestic and international, and number of the fixed shaft is small, putting forward the direct gear shifting shift gear, its principles: The movement of three shifting forks controlled by hydraulic drive machine directly. Executive machine shifts gear directly, the action of each shift gear is independent. Thus, because whole process doesn't have the movement to select gearshift, only left with the process of shifting, the shift executive machine doesn't exist the problem of interference, the whole structure is relatively simple, and shifting process is more rapid, reducing the power interruption interval, improving shift quality in certain degree.Introduced the definition and the influence of AMT shift quality, analyzed several kind of influence factor between intrinsic relations, emphasized the shift quality research of the direct shift AMT. Searching for an optimum shift quality for AMT.This paper is based on the SH5J80 manual transmission, to improve the manual transmission into the automatic transmission, combining with the development of HEV bus and using for it, with the specific design of the direct shift AMT, including the establishment of the control strategy, the design of machine, the software and hardware design etc, and set up model to analysis the shift quality.
