ANSYS software as its representative, Finite Element Method is the most important method in the CAE(Computer Aided Engineering)simulation analysis stage of electronic equipment structural design, so the thesis only focuses on the study of the carriage in the optical, mechanical and electronic integration equipment—the scanner with the aim to acquire and improve its performance in Finite Element Method in the stage of its scheme design as well as to improve the scanning quality of the scanner. Specific studies as follows: First the model that was built with the aid of SOLIDWORKS is introduced to the ANSYS for the computer simulation of its mechanics and vibration modal characteristics, then the distortion date, natural frequencies and vibration modes of the carriage in its practical work condition have been obtained and evaluated, all these dates have provided the important reference for the structural design of the carriage. In addition, as most of power of the CCD control board become heat, some temperature areas exist in the carriage which influence the scanning quality of the scanner, so ANSYS software is used to display and analyze the field of temperature of the CCD control board in Finite Element Method, further the concept that heat pipes will be used to cooling the CCD control board is presented so that the CCD can work better and improve the scanning quality and reliability of the scanner.
