| With the rapid development of the internet technology, Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol have been a well known standard of network transmission. Instrument bus went through from GPIB 30 years ago to PXI and VXI, then LXI instrument bus appears recent years. It makes a great development space and many opportunities for measurement and instrument technology which never have been ever before. Network measurement technology and network instrument will become more and more popular in future.The task in this paper is a subtask of project"Study of key technology of LXI Multifunction Instrument". It mainly finishes study of an instrument module design and implementation. The module is a function module of multifunction instrument, which completes function of data acquirement and digital store oscilloscope. Including of method of data transmission between instrument functional module and multifunction instrument system platform based on 32-bit embedded S3C2410 microprocessor.The paper firstly introduced instrument bus background and analyzed its development actuality in inside and outside. Then it expatiated LXI instrument characteristics and its key point in application. Before starting the task, we made lots of work about it, Such as study of forward channel circuits of some high performance instrument, LXI bus technology and design method of high speed digital system.Considering some technology characteristic of embedded system ARM9 microprocessor and CPLD/FPGA technique using in many filed, the paper studyed LXI multifunction instrument design and implement method of data acquisitions and digital stored oscilloscope instrument module. It was also studied in the paper that hardware connect and data communication method between the multifunction instrument module and multifunction instrument system control platform with LXI bus interface. By finishing the design of data acquisitions and digital stored oscilloscope instrument module, the common used functions and performance of the instrument module are proved. |
