Application Research Of Grouting Technique In Roadbed Disease Treatment Of Jinan

In the past 10 years, as the overall national strength of our state increasing, the state gradually increases the investment of variety of basic construction projects. As an important component of the national infrastructure system, road and traffic in China has been developed rapidly. The construction of the road in high grade is becoming more and more, but due to the impact of a combination of various factors, the finished roads more or less have various roadbed diseases in early period, and thus reflect in the road surface, which directly impact on the quality of roads and its normal operations, resulting in a waste of a lot of maintenance funds. To some extent, it affects the whole social image of our highway industry.In order to ensure and improve the service capabilities of the existing road of various types, the most realistic and effective way is to find a durable, economic, safe and simple maintenance and treatments method by doing a detailed analysis and scientific research about the reasons of various diseases that have emerged in the present roadbed. Therefore, carrying out the application research about treatment technology that is aimed at the existing roadbed diseases has become an important issue that all highway maintenance workers must face and it is in the most urgent need to resolve.The article starts from the analysis and the collecting of several types of common roadbed diseases of the Jinan area. And it has a brief analysis about the causes of various diseases. At the same time, it focuses on the treatment and application technology that is aimed at dealing with the disease of roadbed settlement and carries out a detailed study in it. These technologies are verified by three experiment sections of projects and two specific construction examples.When it comes to roadbed settlement reinforcing, it focuses on the application of the pressing grouting method in high fills roadbed settlement. From the exact analysis of the basic principles, design, construction processes and the reinforced effect of the pressing grouting, and through the concrete grouting project experiments, it finds out the mechanism of the pressing grouting and the reinforce efforts of the different fills. Through a combination of grouting and the specific examples of projects, the article further discusses the application of the roadbed settlement when the roadbed is in an inadequate compaction, and when it has a weak foundation or has a unproper fills, and it makes a good reinforcement effect. In addition, as a grouting application, the article also combined slope disease examples of the Jinan Round-South lines, and briefly introduced the application of slope grouting reinforcement technology from grouting materials and design method. This grouting technology can be combined with other technologies and form a joint technical reinforcement which can be widely used in the reinforcement of the slip of high and steep slope embankment.
