Along with the traffic signal control technology's unceasing progress, boundary traffic flow's unceasing increase, this urgent needs raises between the region and the region transportation coordinated question the program.This article first reviewed the traffic control and the transportation induction coordination in the domestic and foreign historical development and the research present situation. With handed over the throughflow inducible system's action mechanism from the region traffic control to obtain, to analyze the region traffic control system with to hand over the throughflow inducible system's relatedness, has been clear about the region coordination necessity and the characteristic.
