Bucket wheel reclaimer and stacker is the world's largest complete sets of equipment of bulk material handling, due to high productivity the increasing attentions of the countries in the world, at present, has been widely used in mining, metallurgy, electricity, transportation, building materials and chemical fields. According to the different structure,bucket wheel reclaimer and stacker can be divided into cantilevered, three-door and bridge, which, cantilevered bucket wheel reclaimer and stacker due to some advantages such as the sensitive work of action, a wide range of operations and a relatively low demand for materiel field ,is the most commonly used form of the structure at present. This paper mainly takes cantilever bucket wheel reclaimer and stacker as the research object. Working equipment is an important component of bucket wheel reclaimer and stacker, including bucket wheel,up and down organization, rotary machine. Work force analysis of working devices of bucket wheel stacker determines how to design devices work in different parts of the body.There is certain research on the various aspects of bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer at home and abroad, but little research in this area that separate work on static mechanical research of working devices of bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer, this article takes the object of study by this question,the main research work on static mechanical properties of the working device of bucket wheel, because of this paper, bucket operations of a single object,which bear less complex dynamic load,its static mechanics,which is of some significance. There is a certain significance for the design of working devices of bucket wheel.This paper takes the working devices of DQ3000/4200?32 cantilever-type bucket wheel reclaimer and stacker as an example, the main research work on static mechanical properties of the working device of bucket wheel reclaimer and stacker,There is a certain reliability research on working devices combining the contents of the reliability of the design at the same time,which also increase the reliability of the working devices, which offer a certain reference for the design of actual working device;this article optimize the main structure and movement parameter of working device of bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer at the same time also.corresponding movement parameters optimized to meet strength and stiffness of circumstances to minimize power consumption, the lightest weight requirements;Research on pitching agencies hydraulic control system simulation of the system for working device of bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer at the same time the use of the system simulation software AMESim.In light of these problems,the paper will be as follows:(1) Research on how to take isometric materials for bucket wheel and contour shape of materials,through study isometric materials of bucket wheel, obtained from the parameters on the basis of the material,which has an important influence on isometric materials of bucket wheel.Thus can control these parameters to control isometric materials of bucket wheel; Through study contour shape of materials,we can know that:reciprocal geometry between bucket wheel reclaimer and stacker and materials is a very important parameter,the main research on reciprocal geometry between bucket wheel reclaimer and stacker and materials,Thus it has a certain significance for the actual geometry of the field.(2) Optimization for the work of parameters (including bucket wheel radius, bucket capacity of bucket,cutting speed of bucket wheel, speed of rotation of the arm, working bucket quantity of bucket wheel every few minutes) of bucket wheel reclaimer and stacker. Optimization Toolbox and MATLAB with the optimization function to calculate the optimal parameters. Rationalize its parameters.(3) Researching on the static mechanical properties of working devices of bucket wheel , and researching on reliability of the design of working devices(including boom and column etc.) of bucket wheel combining the contents of the reliability of the design at the same time.(4) Pitching hydraulic system of bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer modeling,dynamic analysis and simulation about the hydraulic control system are commonly conducted on the basic of three methods,including the transfer function method,the power-bonding-diagram method and the state equation method.This paper uses AMESim on the hydraulic system simulation studies to determine the parameter of components of the hydraulic system, through the simulation results of the analysis, we can educe the hydraulic control system dynamic characteristics.
