Bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is the world’s largest bulk processing complete sets of equipment which is used for the stockpiling of bulk materials, digging and material operations. More and more countries all over the world pay much attention to it because of its simple operation and high production efficiency. Forearm rack is one of the main body of the steel frame structure of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer, with complex structure, self-important, the complexity of the force and the radius of gyration. The safety and reliability of its work directly determines the performance of the entire machine safe operation. So it has a great significance to analysis Dynamic study for bucket wheel stacker reclaimer forearm rack structure of staic.In this paper, the research object is DQL1200/1200.30bucket wheel stacker reclaimer feeder forearm frame. From the production practical operation situation of Bucket wheel stacker reclaimer feeder forearm frame, this paper has a static analysis and dynamic analysis. First, according to the actual weight of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer machine forearm shelf components and materials, calculate the load suffered by the size of the forearm shelves. Secondly, according to the actual structure of the forearm frame, combined with the finite element theory build forearm frame finite element model in ANSYS modeling module by using of computer. Loads and boundary conditions applied in the previous boom finite element model. This paper calculates the distribution of stress and displacement of the forearm frame under reclaimer conditions in the horizontal position of static analysis. The results show that the maximum deformation occurring during the first boom in central position and the maximum stress occurring during the first boom front end of the inner web. Besides, forearm the frame strength proofing meet the requirements, but the the forearm rack stress has a large amount of surplus and serious waste of steel. So the stress value smaller portion of the sheet thickness can be reduced appropriately. Finally, the paper has a modal analysis based on the static analysis of finite element model and calculates top ten order natural frequencies and mode shapes under bucket wheel stacker reclaimer feeder forearm frame free modal. And by analysis of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer forearm frame harmonic response, Calculate the response frequency graph of bucket wheel stacker forearms the shelf maximum amplitude point of the feeder node9114at the Xdirection, the Y direction, the Z direction of displacement. By analysis the results I found the exciting force size is4.0Hz in the low-end frequency range prone resonance. According to the frequency range of exciting force1.5Hz3.0Hz forearm frame resonance, I calculate safe speed range of forearm frame stability of bucket wheel.The results of this thesis has laid a foundation for bucket wheel stacker reclaimer further development of theoretical research work and provide a reference and guiding significanc for subsequent product design and improvement.
