Intersection Traffic Direction Restrict include no left-turn, no right-turn and no U-turn Management, And etc, And the purpose is to improve the road network system's overall performance or guarantee (or improve) the LOS of specific traffic flow. However, the majority are based on experience or leadership decision, have no theoretical basis, which usually can not achieve the desired results, and even result in new traffic problems.Road Network topology Control is usually abstracted for Rule-based Reasoning Problems, guiding the Intersection Traffic Direction Restrict management, the complexity of the road network decide the diversity of the rules, no left-turn management of trunk-based and network-based are studied.Firstly, based on the theory of traffic flow and traffic control, assisted mathematical calculation, detailed analysis the road geometry conditions and traffic conditions of the Median U-turn; Secondly, building the mathematical model ,which is the same with the incidence of no left-turn management is only include two intersection, and it's variables are the traffic flows of the intersection, s.t. is the flow conservation, LOS, the conditions of Webster's delay formula, and the rule is the total delay have minished after no left-turn management. Thirdly, suppose the geometric and traffic conditions are known, apply traffic organization optimization process, analysis the no left-turn management. As the particularity of no left-turn management, use Route Guidance on Saturation Control to do traffic distribution, and use the intersection saturation as evaluation index; Finally, analyze the method of no left-turn management based on VISUM macroscopical Simulation.Using Road Network topology Control theory to guide no left-turn management, enable the use of no left-turn management recognized, do not deviate from the essence of interpretability, standardization.
