Distribution Network Planning In Community

As the development of domestic economy and improvement of material living, the society needs more electricity year by year. Furthermore, it requires higher quality and stability. How to plan the distribution network in community is an important issue, especially nowadays the city is through extremely fast development and construction. A new theme is to plan a short-term and long-term goal to satisfy the city development including industry area, development area, residential area, and cultural area etc.This paper firstly introduces the common load forecasting method and their weakness and strength. A scientific load forecasting method is a combination with several load forecasting methods. Besides this, the paper also introduces the requirement for high voltage distribution network planning and medium voltage distribution network planning. At last, a demonstration is stated and testified.This paper comprises six chapters. In chapter I, the significance of the thesis, current research works of domestic and foreign, and the distribution network planning are introduced. In chapter II, the load forecasting methods and their strength and weakness are discussed. In chapter III, high voltage distribution network requirement and planning method is stated. In chapter IV, the step of planning medium voltage distribution network is introduced and strongly emphasis cite of transformer and network connection of 10kv system. In chapter V, a demonstration is discussed and analysis the procedure and methods of distribution network planning. The main works of the paper are summarized in the last chapter.The innovations of the paper are as follows.1. The paper take the angle of city industry or huge community, to consider the distribution network planning, to satisfy the development requirement of industry zone, development zone, and increasing huge residential zone.2. The paper discusses the several load forecasting methods, and points out the strength and weakness. According to the specific situation, the paper chooses the suitable load forecasting method.
