Because of the special working condition and poor operating environment, the brakes of coal mine underground convey vehicle not only have good braking and stability, but also have the safety and anti-pollution. The oil temperature of braking system and the temperature of outer surface about shell can directly affect the underground explosion-proof vehicle's moving safety. So it is necessary to make research about the thermal balance of the underground explosion-proof convey vehicle braking system in detail.In this paper, the thermal balances of the underground explosion-proof convey vehicle braking system is studied. The process of energy conversion during the operation of vehicles is studied.The heat of friction discs is analyzed. The friction disc surface temperature theory is obtained by calculating. Thermal model of the brake shell is established which basic on AMESim. The simulation results are close to the experiment results, which will provide theoretical reference for the matching of vehicle.In this paper, the change rule of inner oil temperature in wet multiple disk brakes is studied when it braked. Mathematics model on unsteady state heat transfer is established in wet multiple disk brake.On the basis of theory and experiment research, which will provide theory ground for design and choice type on wet multiple disk brakes.By calculating the heat capacity of the mandatory cooling system, the components of it were properly chosen which including the cooling-pump, radiator and cooling fan. It was proved by the simulation which base on the AMESim that the chosen parts could commendably meet the needs.Thermal model of the main components on hydraulic system are established which basic on AMESim. The results of the simulation showed that the throttle on the accumulator charging valve and relive valve rise a significant influence about the braking system of temperature, which will provide theoretical reference for the design of the hydraulic system.
