In this thesis the structure of the coal pulverizer and the characteristics of its control system are introduced, the development of the control theory and the application of the fuzzy control theory are expatiated, the start-up logic, coal level control, protection function of putting out a fire in the whole hearth of the boiler, base adjuster parameters, adding balls equipment and the RB protection of the units in the operating process are analyzed, and the corresponding reform measures and schemes aimed at these problems are brought forward, the tests are carried through, the results showed that after reforming the control system the coal pulverizer can adjusts the load rapidly, the coal level can be known factually, the adding balls equipment can avoid the accidents aroused by electricity breaking off, and the adjustment of the parameters to the base adjuster and the RB protection function improved the operating security. At last the effects and benefits after innovation are summed up.
