Coal powder system is one of main components in power plant, and its states that superior character, scientific system optimization and suitable operation , is crucial to the safe and economic operation for a power plant. With a highly demanded trend of high parameter and large capability, an optimized coal powder system, scientific pulverizer style and suitable operation is already rooted in mind of the employees and employers in a power plant. Based on design requirements and units widened principles of Coal powder system of 2 x 300MW in Lai Cheng power plant, this dissertation specially conducts comparison among the two selected plans, and recommends a optimal plan.(1) In view of the selected coal contents, the paper determines pulverizer styles, and then shows two potential coal powder plans: dual inlet dual outlet pulverizer with plus pressure primary fan and direct air supply, middle speed pulverizer with plus pressure primary fan and direct air supply.(2) Selects the main equipments of the two coal powder systems and determines site arrangement under the two plans..(3)In the view of economic and technical aspects, individually introduces equipment styles, equipment purchase and installment investment, and also considers the effects caused by system arrangement on main building establishment and installment investment including operation fee such as electricity consumption and maintenance investment. Finally, derives the suitable optimal plan.In brief, based on argument above, the paper selects dual inlet dual outlet ball pulverizer, recommends dual inlet dual outlet pulverizer with plus pressure primary fan and direct air supply.
