Research On Reactive Optimal Control Policy In Area Power Network

With the development of national economy, the demands of power supply quality from all kinds of industries are increased. The optimization and compensation of reactive power is significant for the safe and economic operation of the power network. In the optimization of the radical distribution system its principle means is to regulate the on-load tap transformer and capacitors in paralle1.This paper presents an improved genetic algorithm with improvements in the adaptation function selection,coding and mutation operation.This paper introduces the implementing of the optimization calculation by the improved genetic algorithm.which enhances the convergence speed and searching efficiency. The real tests have proved the practicability and validity of this method.Therefore reactive optimization has important significance in aspect of planning new system, retrofitting reactive distribution of existing system.
