With increasingly high degree of automation in power plant, exchanging information is more important for all systems. Maintenance of the traditional strategy is no longer suitable for modern production model.At the same time, The appearance of condition-based maintenance techniques for power production management provides a new way of thinking. In this thesis, .NET component technology be used in condition-based maintenance and expert diagnostic system. The system uses B/S architecture, meanwhile, Combining it with the current popular ADO.NET data access technology, The system constructs a highly efficient and flexible model which contains a set of equipment state analysis, assessment, diagnosis and other function. On this basis, the focus of the study on the model of the realization of fault diagnostic function,and through the example of Boiler tube,a multivariate decision tree algorithm based on roughness of rough set is proved to be effective.Finally, C# language to achieve the algorithm, operating results is consistent with data from the scene.
