For the sake of satisfying the economic operations and production control of the power plant, encouraging the work aggressive of the operation personnel, we develop the real-time operational parameters evaluation system for plant. Aimed at a 200MW air-cooled unit, under the layout and the accuracy of the measuring points, the paper deduces the calculation model for the target value by the theory of data mining. Applying the advanced energy-saving analysis method and the scientific economic evaluation edifice, the personnel's supervision level and the income are connected directly in the system. Experiment results express that the system not only can actually on-line monitor and analyse the operational conditions of the thermodynamic system, provide guidance for maintenance of thermodynamic equipment, but also can improve the level of running and management, make the unit running safely and economically.
