| The method study of design and* analysis for main parts of wind turbine generating set, is one of key technical works during the large or medium-scale domestic wind turbine generating set has been developed independent and produced. On the basis of the aerodynamic design of a 20 KW wind turbine blade, this paper stated the structural design theory and did structural design for the blades, including computing the loading, selecting the material, determine the construction form, laminating design and so on. Then, the three-dimensional body model of the blade was established through the UG software.Finally, the paper discussed emphatically how to perform finite element analysis of structural characteristics of wind turbine blades by ANSYS software. The major contents are as follows: (1) The analysis on the Static strength of the blades which endure special loads was made, obtaining the result of stress and deformation, and the strength and stiffness was check. (2) Modal analysis was performed, and the first-order flapwise frequency and edgewise frequency and mode shape. The natural frequency and mode shape was discussed for the blades when it is static and run at rated speed, the result is in conformity with the actual. (3) Buckling analysis was made, the bucking loads and deformation is obtained and the stability of loaded blade was analyzed.According to the calculation results, the conclusion is that the structural design of wind turbine blades meet the design requirements and also verified the reliability of the method of design and analysis, providing a new approach to design and analyze the wind turbine blades. |
