With the rapid development of economy and society in China, there are more and more large activities such as National Day, Olympic Games, expositions, football matches and so on. On the other hand, kinds of emergency events occurred more and more frequently in large activity. We have entered an emergency high frequency period. As the main vehicle in cities, bus carries a majority of passenger everyday. When emergency events happened, it is a difficult problem to urban emergency bus management that how to evacuate people quickly. The 2008 Olympic Games will be held in Beijing, so research on emergency bus scheduling system is very important to improve the rationalization, rapidness, and safety of emergency bus scheduling management.This Paper has mainly researched on bus scheduling optimization methods in emergency evacuation of large activity. In this paper, some research work has been done.Firstly, the paper describes some concept such as emergency events, emergency management and logistics distribution vehicle routing problem; and also analyzes the difference between emergency bus scheduling and logistics distribution vehicle routing problem.Secondly, the paper expatiates the evaluation indexes of emergency plan at present, and then gives it's own evaluation indexes for emergency bus evacuation: evacuation energy consumption and least quantity of scheduling bus.Thirdly, based on analysis to some basic theory. LP, TP and minimal distance, the paper establishes mathematical model of non-cycle for emergency evacuation; considering circular using of vehicle on the condition of meeting the timeliness requirement, the paper establishes mathematical model of cycle for emergency evacuation.Furthermore, the paper introduces Dijkstra arithmetic to find minimal distance between bus station and stadium; based on predigesting mathematical model, the paper gives efficiency algorithm of emergency bus scheduling; take the 2008 Olympic Games as an example, the simulation is solved by programming with MATLAB and the results show the validity of algorithm.Finally, the paper describes System Request and Technology Platform of the city emergency bus scheduling system developed by our laboratory; And the above algorithm is embedded in the system.
