Multi-ribbed slab structure is composed of multi-ribbed slab wall embedded in the hidden frame, which is a brand new structural system. The paper aimed at analyzing the cracking phenomena of multi-ribbed slab wall in the environmental temperature field. Based on the micro mechanics and rupture mechanics, temperature stress on multi-ribbed slab wall and interface of binding concrete brickwork is analyzed, along with the cracking phenomenon on the interfacial bond.The damage multi-ribbed slab wall model of temperature field is created to study its rules of temperature damage. To put comprehensive construction cases in consideration, we give the modified measures to construction process and cracking control. The main research content as follows:1. Brief the basic principles of damage. The concrete damage is explained in sequent phases, such damage expansion accumulated till the complete damage. The model of concrete damage constitutive and concrete temperature damage is introduced while the advantages and disadvantages are compared between different damage models.2. The temperature changes giving rise to the temperature damage of multi-ribbed slab wall model in the process of construction are studied. Based on the micro mechanics and rupture mechanics, the temperature stress and the process of forming the crack are studied through analyzing the process of temperature changing on the concrete grid embed in both multi-ribbed slab wall and temperature stress on the autoclaved aerated concrete brickwork interface along with the process of crack forming on the interfacial bond. Based on the results, we give the rules of micro cracking expansion attaching to temperature, create the temperature damage model and get the form of the functional expression of damage quota attaching to time in the process of temperature changing. It provides with us the tools to calculate multi-ribbed slab wall temperature damage quota.3. Introduction to the basic principles of finite element method and way to form it. We also introduce the finite element software ANSYS on which the basic rules to solve temperature coupled with stress are run. Multi-ribbed slab wall frame grid element is selected as the studying objective to create the finite model, stimulating the temperature loading in the practical producing process of multi-ribbed slab wall. 4. To compare the different construction process how the temperature stress and cracking rule work, we bring about the optimizing and improving measures, moreover we bring about the more reasonable processing to control the cracking effectively.
